TINY TOTS
Ages 2-5. Skills taught: basic tumbling , backbends, rolls, tripod, jumps.
Focus: coordination, flexibility, balance and body awareness
PARENT & ME
Ages 1-3. Skills taught: Basic tumbling, exercise, and strength building.
Focus: to give parent exercise while parent and child are learning skills together
TUMBLING PREP & 1
No prerequisite skills needed. Age 4 +.
Skills taught: forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, backbends,
head and handstands, front and back walkovers and roundoffs.
Focus: building strength, flexibility, as well as executing proper form
TUMBLING II
Prerequisite skills: backbends, handstands, forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, and roundoffs
Skills taught: back and front handsprings, round off back handsprings, aerials, front and back tucks.
Focus: perfecting technique, building strength, flexibility and stamina.
TUMBLING III
Prerequisite skills: free standing back handspring and round off back handspring
Skills taught: series back handsprings, series with back tucks, layout and full twist, ect.
Form, technique, strength, and stamina required
JUMPS AND MOTION TECHNIQUE
No Prerequisite skills needed. Skills taught: proper arm and wrist placement,
form and strength and flexibility training. Focus: flexibility, sharpness, power and form.
JAZZ HIP-HOP, TAP & BALLET
Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced. Skills taught: balance, flexibility, correct arm movement,
coordination, performance etiquette, posture, rhythm, music counting, leaps, turns, and extensions.
Focus: becoming a performing dancer.
CHEER PREP
Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced. No prerequisite skills needed. Skills taught: arm motions, jumps
form & technique, voice projection and facial expression.
CHEER II & III
Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced/Collegiate/Co-ed. Levels of difficulty will increase. Prerequisite skills:
demonstration and understanding of cheer prep skills. Skills Taught: stunts, cheers and dance combinations.
Focus: individual/team improvement and unity. Squads will have the opportunity to compete.
STUNT CLASS
Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced/Collegiate/Co-ed. Levels of difficulty will increase from beginner to advanced.
No prerequisite skills needed.
Skills taught: base, back spot and flyer positions in a wide area of stunts.
Focus: building strength, perfecting technique, balance and flexibility.
